Develop Ways to Overcome Cancer’s Resistance to Therapy

Cancer cells can develop resistance to drugs that were previously effective. This Cancer Moonshot initiative aims to increase understanding of how this resistance develops, and to use biomarkers to predict who will develop it, and ways to counteract it to improve patient care and survival.
